FAQ

DO I NEED TO HAVE PRIOR EXPERIENCE IN BREATHWORK?

No. All you need is an open mind and a place without distractions. You don't need any other skills than being able to breathe to join. :) 

WHERE AND WHEN IS IT? 

March 27th at 12pm Denver time. The place is at the comfort of your own home, meaning connect to Zoom and we are good to go. The link will be sent to your email after you register.

HOW CAN I PREPARE FOR IT?

The most important thing for you is to find a place where you can be present without distractions. You will be laying down for the breathwork so you can be on a yoga mat, on your bed etc. where you feel comfortable. Headphones or good speakers are pretty much a must so you can enjoy the experience. A pillow, blanket and an eye cover of some sort are also recommended. 

WILL THERE BE A REPLAY?

Yes. But if you just can, making it live would be better. 

WHAT IF I WANT TO ATTEND WITH A FRIEND? OR MY TEAM?

Well I am all for it! Just send them this page to join. For a team to attend, please reach out to me first. 

I THINK I AM VERY CAPABLE OF BREATHING ON MY OWN, WHY WOULD I JOIN? I AM CURIOUS BUT SCEPTICAL. 

I can breathe too but this is learning to find yourself at a new level through your breathing. I am guiding you to breathe in a certain way in this event that will allow you to possibly explore some emotions, thoughts or memories you have. The only way to know is to be open enough to try it.
